Shipping, Exchange & Refund Policy

We do not accept item returns. Only exchanges are permitted, except in cases involving manufacturing defects, where a replacement or refund may apply as set out below.

Consumables such as digital downloads and/or software are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Items may be exchanged within 48 hours of purchase for in-store orders, or within 48 hours of delivery for delivered orders, provided that they are unopened, not registered to any Garmin website or account, and returned in their original condition and original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and including all original spare parts, accessories, and documentation, such as manuals. Items not returned in this condition will not be accepted for exchange.

If a purchased product is found to have a manufacturing defect within 48 hours from the date of purchase or delivery, it will be replaced with the same model, subject to verification and acceptance of the manufacturing defect. If the same model is unavailable, an equivalent product or a refund will be provided. Any replacement is subject to the product being returned in its original packaging and including all original parts, accessories, and documentation. If the customer prefers the same model and it is not available locally, the replacement may take up to 8 weeks due to export and import procedures.

Approved refunds for manufacturing defects will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days. Delivery, installation, administrative, and bank fees may be deducted where applicable.

Any civil dispute shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

By completing a transaction, the customer is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
