Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Garmin Jordan / Navcom International strives to ensure that you experience a hassle-free shopping experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of Garmin products and offering great customer service is our top priority.

Our delivery service is quick and efficient, so that you receive your order promptly and in good condition.

We are able to deliver to almost all areas in Jordan within 1-3 business days (Saturday – Sunday). If we are unable to deliver to your location, our customer service team will contact you to find a solution.

All orders over 250 JOD and with a delivery address inside Amman will be eligible for FREE shipping, except repair and replacement.

Our customer service center is available to answer any of your queries from 10 am to 9 pm, 6 days a week (Saturday – Thursday). If you have any queries about the delivery of your order, please call customer support on (+962 79 588 55 60).

Returns & Refunds

Garmin Jordan / Navcom International strives to ensure that you experience a hassle-free shopping experience and are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of Garmin products and offering great customer service is our top priority.

All products carry warranty as offered by Garmin Jordan / Navcom International. Accessories and consumables (i.e. opened software and/or downloadable items) are not covered under warranty.

Most items can be exchanged for any reason within 48 hours from the date of purchase/delivery, provided that they are unopened and not registered to any Garmin website/account and in their original condition within the original packaging, with all the tags and labels attached and inclusive of all original spare parts, accessories, and documentation such as manuals. Items that are not returned as described above will not be accepted for an exchange.

You will not be charged any shipping fees for returning items if they were not as per your order or damaged when you received them. If you are returning an item for any other reason, then you will need to bear the cost of return shipping.

In case of returning any product purchased from Garmin Jordan / Navcom International within 3 working days from date of purchase/delivery for manufacturing defects, the product will be replaced with the same model upon certification and acceptance of the manufacturing defect. In case of non-availability of the same product model, an equivalent product or a refund shall be provided. Replacement will be fulfilled subject to returning the product within the original packaging inclusive of all original parts, accessories, and documentation such as manuals. In case of wanting the same product model and it is not available in our store locally, replacement will take up to 8 weeks due to customs import and export procedures.

In the event of a refund, the refunded value will be equal to the paid value, minus any delivery and installation (if applicable) fees. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment made by the customer during the purchase and will be handled within 14 working days from the date of refund acceptance.

Upon request of refund, admin fees and bank charges will be deducted from the original amount.

Any civil disputes shall be addressed under the jurisdiction of the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The invoice copy and successful completion of the transaction will be treated as acceptance of the above terms and hence shall be applicable.

EPP/Installment Cancel:

The customer/card holder needs to contact their credit card bank directly if they wish to cancel the installment and pay the outstanding amount. Depending on the issuing bank’s policy, cancellation of the installment may be subject to additional cancellation fees in which Garmin Jordan / Navcom International is not responsible for.

If the customer/cardholder does not contact their bank to cancel the installment, the customer will continue to pay the equal monthly installments until the full amount (including interest if applicable) is paid to the bank with no responsibilities on Garmin Jordan / Navcom International.

Cancellation
